libcitygml-bin software package provides Utils of libcitygml - citygmltest, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcitygml-bin
libcitygml-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcitygml-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcitygml-bin *
You will get with libcitygml-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
